The Model:
Local Business Offers: Agenda lists and sells local business offers / deals once weekly. Agenda transacts directly with our customer base and we incentivize ‘sharing’ (launching shortly).
Brand Advertising: Agenda is a unique marketing solution that provides consistent access to an affluent, influential audience using magazine quality editorial and design.
Where are we now:
• Agenda launched March 9th in Melbourne and Sydney
• 6000 Daily Subscribers (gaining 1000 new subscribers monthly)
The Ask:
Agenda is looking to raise 200k - with this level of investment will:
• launch into two additional markets
• invest in a local sales team
• provide 18-months runway and 50,000 subscribers

Blake was Head of Business Development for NileGuide leading the companies distribution partnerships, revenue strategy and content acquisition.
Prior to NileGuide, Blake was Director of Business Development at Lonely Planet.

By End of Financial Year 2012/13 Agenda will have over 450k subscribers. We'll be delivering on our promise to provide the best recommendations and deals for locals in 8 different markets.
We forecast media and local business offers to each contribute approximately 50% of our annual revenue base.
Current Valuation
The business is currently valued at 400k. This is a pre-money valuation (includes founder and small friends & family contribution.
Exit Opportunity
We anticipate an exit in 3-5 years. Exit opportunities include existing local business media entities and mainstream lifestyle publishers.
Ideal Investor
Ideal investors have:
- start-up or executive experience, preferably in the online space
