ApartmentReviews.com.au lists hundreds of residential apartment buildings from around Australia and allows users to leave reviews and ratings for each building.  There is also information on each building such as photos, details on facilities and other information required by people searching for an apartment.  Please not that this is not a real estate classifieds site like realestate.com.au, I don't consider sites like that as competition.

Our target market is renters, owner occupiers and investors, and the information contained on the site is equally relevant to each of those segments.
