We created the system to offer a viable alternative to large enterprise systems plagued with significant upfront costs and forced service contracts. Setting up BlueCloud is as easy as completing your Facebook profile – no technical experience required. And above all – users now have, at their fingertips, access to advanced features at just a fraction of the cost.
BlueCloud is at the forefront of simplicity among cloud technology providers and the system can be implemented in just a few hours. It is a pure Plug & Play solution and does not require any hardware.
We will over a dozen very happy clients of our system in APAC and are now exploring a number of large-scale distribution options both in Australia and internationally. The market response has been very encouraging.

Antoine M. Nookadu:
Before focusing all my attention on BlueCloud, I have spent the last 20 years managing sales teams and contact centres in Australia, delivering successful campaigns for Optus, Qantas, Rams 3M, AutoCAD and the likes. BlueCloud was our in-house application before being commercialized and has performed brilliantly for our clients. It is the culminating result of more than 4 years of hard work along with a brilliant group of developers and telephony engineers to create the system I always wanted for my contact centre.
Morten Blomfeldt:
I have previously started highly successful internet startups in Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia (all sites are among top 40 sites) in the online classified space. I am bringing deep experience around online marketing, social media, user experience and web analytics to BlueCloud and will also focus on creating an exceptional team of entrepreneurs to bring BlueCloud to contact centres in Australia and beyond.
