Currently I have been operating the business as a sole trader, but seeing the holes in this niche market and the capacity for rapid growth in the near future I would like to get serious about this field and develop the business to grow in staff numbers quite rapidly.
Company Vision & Future
The Business caters to People whom want to have quality lighting while making savings on power and carbon emmissions. The service is very personal with relationships developed with exclusive Architectural firms in Melbourne in the form of a working partnership on elite projects. We offer Lighting design that is Highly energy efficient and long lasting. Products used include LED, Compact Fluorescent and any other technology that is viable in reducing the consumption of power.
Short term vision is to setup the importation side of the company followed by planned growth to a national distribution network supplying to all major electrical wholesalers through to hotels and major construction companies.
I see the company within 2 years being the largest importer and supplier of New technologies in the lighting field and providing services to elite clients with large contracts that achieve publicity for thier unique concepts.
Current Valuation
the market in this field to date is yet but untouched literally. The import side is already gaining momentum, however it is still such a young market that the right company with the right products to import and distribute will gain the upperhand.
The competition as I know it to date on the design aspect is a few small players plus a company called Envirobrite. Envirobrite was established by myself as division of Envirogroup, however this company does not and will not have in the near future the capital to take the next step and import product for itself.
I can give details of profit per item government rebates and loans given for products of this nature upon interest.
Ideal Investor
Somebody with a little patience to see the fruits of their imput grow from a sapling, this business will have profit for the investor immediatly but will not be the right business for you if you are looking at a fast buck. The concept of this company relies on quality of service in the first instance and this is what will make it stand high above anyone who claims to provide the same service.
