We make showers that use 70% less energy and water than a conventional shower without reducing flow rate at the showerhead, water temperature or time spent in the shower.
Payback is less than 3 years in most situations and can be as little as a year.
Our shower recycles your shower water in real time, filtering it 3 times and heat pasteurising it in less than 30 seconds. All showers start with fresh drinking water and no water is stored within the shower and no water is shared between users.
We have won the following awards:
- 2011 Green Challenge (www.GreenChallenge.info)
- A Dyson Award
- The British Standards Institution Environmental Design Award
Showers are the single biggest use of water in a house and the second biggest use of energy after space heating and cooling.
Our products reduces both water and energy use from showering by 70%.
It also has the following features:
- No cold water on start up
- Personal pre-sets for each family member
- A remote control to control the shower from outside the cubicle
- A built in filter that removes chlorine
Our shower is suitable for new build, renovation and commercial applications and requires only a connection to cold water supply, power and an output to waste / drain.

Exit Opportunity
There are three possible exit routes for investors:
1. A repurchase of investors equity before 2015. The company will have strong and growing cashflow and would fund the repurchase with medium term debt.
2. A trade sale to an established bathroom company (who would likely be a country or region specific distribution partner).
3. An IPO / Flotation on a recognised stock exchange. The directors have experience of listing companies on AIM and have also already held discussions with Australian Advisers and members of the ASX which gives them confidence that a flotation would be possible on either AIM or the ASX, if this was a suitable option at the time.
