Our new XMPP based platform, Enterprise Social Messaging Software as a Service (ESM Saprovides businesses with a flexible,XMPP based platform to support secure, archived communication using instant-messaging, micro-blogging and social networking. ESM SaaS enables businesses to:

Core Team Members

David Banes, founder and CEO, has held senior technical and marketing positions with Dr Solomon’s (Head of Product Management, acquired by McAfee), Symantec(Regional Manager, Norton AV R&D) and MessageLabs(Technical Director).

Louise Birch, Director of Operations, runs Cleartext back office (finance, HR etc) and sales support functions since 2005. Louise has significant experience in the managed services business having spent several years with MessageLabs prior to joining Cleartext.
