A different kind of SME manufacturing intuitive ERP software & system, web based, suitable for SaaS implementation & smart phone integration, includes estimating, invoicing, stock control, ordering and projects overview, not an accounting software.
What makes this software unique? It is low cost and has been developed as a cross platform multi user web based application with mobility in mind for use with Ipad, tablet or smart phone, PC or Mac.. A powerful piece of business productivity software developed by myself, a multi-million dollar manufacturer who needed office automation of repetitive tasks involved in SME manufacturing projects.. No existing software was able to fulfil my brief: intuitive, powerful, clean, simple, light and can be easily used by untrained staff. Being unique in its structure and easy to integrate, it can be used by all company departments from, estimating, through to procurement & production, the system includes customer and materials data bases ordering, stock control, manufacture and project accounting even the ability to see WIP and project status. It is web-based software written in RoR, suitable for users from novice to hacks. It needs to be launched as a networked Saas software charging a Chair. It has been developed for general industry use. I have been developing and using the software for about 3 years in my own companies, it has proved to save time and money as well as everyone having access to project information. It has simplicity of use without losing any functionality, along with the ability to drill down assemblies three times, (more than any other similar product) ensuring that your project pricing is accurately structured and clearly recorded.

A simple Team, Owner: Myself a 47yrs man with no children but a long term partner H. I specialise in shop fittings and office furniture design and manufacture, I have a small group of companies with a multimillion dollar turn over, manufacturing for over ten years. I have experience in high dollar projects and there management, with good leadership skills and the ability to listen and create. I am passionate about business and I love the challenges of R & D.
A 10% profit share (not company share as G's services are paid for) would be held by my developer G.We have been working on this project for over 2 years together. A former CTO of Deloittes and a former Professor of computer science of a NSW based university.
G. has been a great help in the development of this software helping me in understanding the process of application development.
Company Vision & Future
Working with a mentor, Producing a cost effective ERP system for SME enterprises that will service both user and investor. Imagining a user base of 2000 chairs, with virtually $0.00 IT maintenance. Developing the software to become more evolved via additional modules such as Gantt chart project time lines and libraries for standard grouped parts or products.
