Our mission is to make the world a better place to work.
We help organisations understand the people side of their business so that they can deliver on the culture that is increasingly becoming the driver of value.
Murmur gives the validity and sophistication of high end consultant led engagement surveys with the flexibility and cost effectiveness of DIY survey tools like Survey Monkey.
Murmur measures the full employee lifecycle from onboarding, engagement and exit, works beautifully on mobile devices (complete the survey in under 10 mins on the phone on the way home!) and delivers realtime insight into the data collected.

Culture Amp was founded by Didier Elzinga who had already built two of Australia’s leading new media companies before he was 30 - global vfx company RSP (where he was CEO) & Anthills Coolest Company of the year 2007 Rising Sun Research (co-founder and Managing Director).
After spending over a decade in film visual effects Culture Amp is the bringing together of his two primary passions - Organisational Development & Software.
In late 2010 Didier joined forces with Douglas English, Jon Williams and Rod Hamilton.
