Earth Canteen is an Organic Grab'n'Go Food Company.

Earth Canteen is all about nutritionally balanced chemical free 'fast & raw food' for everyone. Earth Canteen takes the thinking out of eating well, with the opinion that most of the population would eat well, if they knew how, or it was easy to do so.

Earth Canteen was operational for the whole of 2006 off Fitzroy Street, St Kilda (Melbourne). That "test" period provided many positives (more than enough to give the concept its rightful "second crack at it") and good lessons were learnt on the negatives. Note: Company ceased trading for reasons other than poor performance.

This brilliant, unique, fresh, funky, innovative & socially beneficial concept deserves another shot, and is looking for an investor to work alongside the founder to allow the concept to live its potential.

Currently, myself the founder, Andrew Forbes Smith is the one and only core team member.
I am a 35 year old who has worked as a Project Manager for large companies like BHP Billiton, Telstra & Microsoft and has travelled the world (for 5 years 2000-2005) on business and pleasure.
I am passionate about healthy eating, and have eaten organically for over 9 years.
I am driven to be involved in businesses that assist in creating a better world.

Earth Canteen v2.0 mid-term vision is to be an Australian wide franchise, initially taking Byron Bay by storm.
Earth Canteen's ultimate vision is to be a viable, convenient and caring alternative to McDonalds, KFC etc, utilising its authenticity (real focus on clean, nutritionally packed and balanced food) and as a real point of difference to all other 'convenience foods'.
