Eventarc is an online event registration and ticketing system, based in Melbourne. For the last two years Eventarc has been the technology behind the Mother's Day Classic, a run/walk that raises funds for breast cancer research. The self-service module of Eventarc launched in September 2009. The solution allows users wishing to accept registrations for an event to log in and create an account, setup their event and begin accepting ticket, merchandise and sponsorship sales online, all without the need to know computer code. This self-service model has been developed to help users accept registrations online for their event as cost effectively as possible, as well as maximising revenue per registration.
