Exit Opportunity
Large SI’s such as IBM, Infosys, Fujitsu, Avanade, EDS/HP, Logica represent the most likely expanz acquirers due to the competitive advantage the ESA platform provides to their software development businesses when bidding on, building, delivering and supporting large, mission critical custom application development projects.
Secondary exit options include large software hosting and infrastructure virtualization service providers, such as Telco’s, MelbourneIT or VMware, who seek to cement a leadership position in the Platform-as-a-Service market e.g. VMware recently acquired Springsource for US$362M -http://tiny.cc/TSYRf
