Our Agency is a part of forging this new media directions of society, from politicians to rock stars, individuals to communities, small businesses to multi-national. We have come to evolve how Mobile and Social Media is used. When we are done we envision a network of over 50 companies that have grown from opportunity to profitable entity. Although profitable will be different for each, our core strength is to see opportunity, act and develop with true monetization built in from the beginning.

Current Valuation

The valuation is in a few forms, we have our own mother ship where we are looking to bring on a solid venture partner with a minimum of $1million dollars AUD. There are also opportunities we are developing that need venture partners, like a So you think you can dance based Social media engine called MYMOVEZ.com in its startup phase, prototype being built and 24,000 schools in the database ready to invite their students onto the platform. This seed investment is $100,000 to take to stage 2 where we can raise over $6million to roll out globally...this opportunity is one of many but one of our first we are currently in development of as a high priority.

Exit Opportunity

There will be an exit for MYMOVEZ.com, when we move to the second round in around 6mths time. Although this will be when it gets exciting, we are happy with all our projects to build in exit strategies in all our investor agreements. As we have a good range of opportunities and investors available.

We are looking for anyone who is first of all excited by Mobile and Social Media, New technology and the new world, including Music and Art as cultural optional extra's. A strong sense of working with a team of dynamic and fresh minds looking to create change in the world. We want someone who understands risk is to be taken b4 there is reward.
