GradConnection is fast becoming the most popular graduate jobs website in Australia. We offer graduates a research based method of finding out about the best graduate employers for them as an individual through the user of the GradConnection GradMaker. The GradMaker asks graduates the industry, roles, locations and benefits that are most attractive to them to then receive a ranked list of employers based on their criteria. They are then able to read about the most relevant employers to them as an individual. For graduate employers, we offer a way to connect with Australia's graduates online that has previously not been available to them in a very persistent and cost effective way and we have had good uptake by federal government and the corporate sector.

Company Vision & Future

We are aiming to have every graduate employer in Australia listed on our website which is then browsed by every graduate in Australia.

We would then like to see this model expand to overseas markets and we have already started an operation in New Zealand.
