Recently a US product development and design company offered to pitch Harmonic Detective to a US electronics manufacturer and retailer. I seek an angel who will to fund this stage; in return I will offer a share of the license and royalties. The contract with the product development company does not require futher investments - except a $385 repackaging fee if they must pitch to a second company. The amount of money required to enage the product development and design company is between 10k -13k US$ and under the terms of the contract, I would retain all interest and rights in the IP.

AU$15,000 on market research and determined that a market exists with young and inexperienced musicians who had not yet trained their musical ear.
