Innovations (Global) Pty Ltd have been assigned the IP for a Riveting Tool/Drill Point Rivets - Provisional Patent Application filed with the Australian Patent Office.

The Riveting Tool using Drill Point Rivets can drill & set the rivet in one operation .

STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT

We built a prototype which proved the mechanical action in setting a Drill Point Rivet. We contacted a company in China -www.star-prototype-china.com, with Mr Gordon Styles responding with a quotation to complete 3D Cad Drawings we require, along with the Rapid Prototyping of the inner and outer housing (plastic).

Preferred type of Co-operation

We could go the route of licencing the technology to one of the major fastening companies, and is an option if we choose at a later stage. However, our preference would be to have an Investor/s who is well capitalised to finance the venture, so we are open to negotiation. We envisage having two companies.

An Australian company -- A chinese company.

The Australian company to house the investment finance/all funds derived from the sale of Riveting Tool/Drill Point Rivets.

The Chinese company would be set up to assembly the Riveting Tool, with top personnel in place to run the business. The Australian company would pay for all costs to run the operation in China .

DRILL POINT RIVET MANUFACTURER

We have a quotation for Drill Point Screws $0.008 cents each. Our rivets should be close to that price.

RIVETING TOOL

We believe our Riveting Tool can be produced for below US$70 dollars , retail value in a bracket - US$ 700 - $850 - expected sales within 5 years to well exceed 500,000 units.

In 2004, the global market for Rivets yearly-- 50 US$50 Billion dollars
