Started as a side project in 2009, Jobcrunch was originally created to assist the founder's friends that had been made redundant as a result of the GFC.
It aims to provide Australian workers with the latest career news and an online community to support each other.
As the economy has picked up, the website has grown to include career changers, job seekers, graduates and veterans in the workforce.
The latest news is a mix of news websites, careers websites, blogs and industry websites. The news is currently segmented by Australian and international. Industry segments are also being added in key industry groups. Jobcrunch users can also comment on the articles and generate discussions.
Jobcrunch users can use the forums to post questions and receive replies from other job seekers, working professionals, HR professionals and recruiters. We aim to facilitate the connection between people whether they are looking for a job, starting a business, promotion, or retiring from the workforce.
