I am a new start up entrepreneur based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia for a new product introduction business in and out of Australia ( Import/Export ) ) with newly developed/inventors assistance and submission sector coming up soon. It also has the services of outsourcing products and services for entrepreneurs/business individuals, small businesses and companies.

I have fascination for products/services and their introduction to fulfill consumer demands or needs or to initiate awareness of their benefits and convenience.

I own, I am trading under and I am part of Josh's Neo Line Trade which is an intended and early stage import/export business that its aim is to connect supplier and distributor/retailers in Australia for overseas new products and overseas for Australian new products and at the same time, it has its newly introduced products available direct to consumer through its direct sales strategies such as, site product referral program, online store and face to face sales.

INTROTEC is a new concepts/ideas and product development. It currently has its first new product, the new Australian made, unique formula, waterless, eco-friendly, waste bin sanitiser and deodoriser that A BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP OR FUNDS ARE SOUGHT FOR.

Ricky Valladares: has been & still am working sourcing & on new product introduction into and out of Australia, for a Local & overseas companies as well working in conjunction with Introtec to source business partner/funds for its newly developed product commercialization. John Bangos ( The developer of the product that a business partnership or funds are sought for): has worked for two years doing wheelie bin cleaning on site using a custom built cleaning machine that he purchased in 1998. It was a self-contained water tank, which held 900litres of water. During this period of learning, he did research on his own to see the long term of recycling water and where society will head with this as well as the type of cleaning products available already in the market. After a while he realised that this machine continuously recycled & saved water by 50%. The proof he had by saving this much water is by reusing the water constantly. So he came to the conclusion that something more effective had to be out there or something new had to be created. So the research moved on to finding a way this machine could be improved or come up with a new product that would save water at least close to 100% if possible & with the lowest labour when cleaning the bin. For John always knew that something simple, convenient and effective could be done. After this research, John realised there was no cleaning product in the marketplace that would fit what I was looking for and improvement of the machine meant higher expenses. Finally between 2001 and 2002, his decision was to implement a new product as a waterless bin cleaner. After four years of constantly working on this product with many samples & hard work of trial and error, by the end of 2006 he finally completed the product & it was ready for market.

Company Vision & Future

For Josh's Neo-Line Trade: to add an investors's assistance and submission service and its own distributiona and retail channels.

For Introtec: Keep coming with ideas and concepts and develop them into viable and commercial products.

Current Valuation

We seek between $3,000,000.00 to 5,000,000.00 at least.

Exit Opportunity

Either selling out to larger corporation upon being successful or bringing in new players to buy shares of it upon becoming a large enterprise or the like.
