Tim Allison : B.Com, MBA - has launched successfully launched Australian branch company for USA NASDAQ listed parent. Promoted to VP International sales, created 3 JV companies in Asia - China, Korea and Taiwan.
Ping Chen - Country Manager China, has worked with Omake for 4 years. Singapore born based in Beijing and Shanghai. Detailed experience in dealing with Chinese internet and telco operators/Publishers.
Blake Shin - USA Born Korean, based in Seoul. Ex Music industry, has worked for Omake for 2.5 years. Wide experience in dealing with the Korean internet and games companies.
Keitaro Numata - Japan (partner company) have partnered with Keitaro for Japan, have known him for 15 years dating back to when we both worked for Sega. Highly experienced and respected business person across the Japanese games and internet sector.
Company Vision & Future
Short term: Expanding staff in USA to seek and manage more clients, expand sales staff in Asia, mainly China, SEA and India. Expand the content offers, increase the sales reach and so lower the overall risk while significantly increasing upside revenue.
Longer Term: Expand client sourcing staff into Asia. Represent Asian content into Asia and the western markets.
To take IP ownership for Asia Pacific. Publish in certain markets like Australia.

Short Term exit within 2 years: Sell to western games or media organisation wanting to expand into Asia.
Longer Term: the "publishing" side of the business - particularly in Australia could be sold to a number of Asian online publishers. Currently they are expanding in to North America, Australia will follow within 2-5 years.
