There are some good websites for firms to promote and capture talent from universities and high schools but they have been focused too much on money and not enough of completeness (firms are missing) and clarity (search functionality entirely failing to what students need to look for).

Students need details of dates, HR, deadlines, company addresses and awards to write their cover letters and assist in interview preparation. More importantly the ability to find leaders in industry, not just any company that wishes to sponsor the website. You do no look for jobs after graduating university from the bottom. They don't need the company spiel everywhere. They need the link, they need to time to apply and they need to know who to address it to.
