Core Team Members
Co-Founder and CEO, Daniel Bisa has a wealth of experience in effective funding and execution both of new ventures and individual projects. Daniel brings a strong background in finance, financial markets, and business management to Perkler.
Co-Founder and CMO, Justin Barrie is one of the country’s leading customer-led designers and a high-level strategic marketer. He comes to Perkler, having run his own successful consultancy firm Design Managers Australia Pty Ltd for the past five years.
The company has a lean core team and has been expanding the expertise and experience of the team via the use of the outsourced expertise of Pollenizer.
Pierre Sauvignon is Part-time CTO and leads the strategy and development of key features.
Adam Cooper is the lead designer and has worked within Perkler to build the product based on the businesses expectations of Dan and Justin. Adam is a naturally gifted programmer who has evolved into an innovative technical strategist. He brings front-line application development in an SME setting, combined with experience in and a love of the latest web 2.0 technologies and enterprise solutions to Perkler™.
Graham O’Connell is a local university graduate who has proven Perkler’s business processes over the past 12 months and taken the lead on community and program management.

Exit Opportunity
Perkler has been developed with a view to remaining a scalable company, returning significantly on investment as it follows the strategy of client acquisition via the city-by-city rollout. At the same time there is a substantial opportunity to position the business to be acquired in a suitable trade sale exit within 3-5 years. The likely trade sales targets are expected to come from four areas:
1. Existing loyalty administrator - these large platform providers would be acquiring technology (location search and mobile delivery) that they haven’t invested in themselves to this point, but mainly they would be acquiring the dominant consumer brand in loyalty management.
2. Digital Agency – Perkler would be acquired as a mature channel with qualified audience for an agency to add to their media channel strategies.
3. Consumer Data Company – current large data companies would seek to acquire Perkler because it offers an audience with detailed profiles but also a filter for them to send their current low-data clients through to learn more about them. The do this by encouraging current direct mail or catalogue recipient consumers through Perkler for their search and redeem functions.
4. Media Company – existing media companies have a track record of acquiring properties that contain both specialist content and a qualified existing audience to augment their current advertising opportunities. Perkler meets these parameters.
