Petitude is a young, award-winning and fast growing ecommerce company that deals with pet products.
We first started as a sole proprietor operation in Dec 2006 and became a company in March 2009. Last year, we managed to see a more than 150% increase in sales.
We will be crossing the 1 million AUD mark this financial year.
The Australia pet industry is a 5 billion annual growing market while ecommerce is growing at more than 10% per year.
The company management has extensive startup experience. One of the current investors, who is also acting as an advisor and mentor, had started and successfully sold off a multi-million AUD turnover company years ago.
We use an advanced ecommerce software which is highly scalable, as well as proven marketing methods and developed management and operation systems.

Our short term goal is to achieve 2 million annual turnover by next financial year. Our long term is to become a market leader in the online pet product industry.
We are currently looking for additional investment of 100,000 ~ 150,000 AUD to fund our next stage of growth. 80% of the fund will go to stock purchase for proven products with track record, while the rest goes to working capital and a warehouse setup.
We expect the investor to have a ROI within 24 months.
The exit strategies include:
-Via 30% dividend policy
-Buyout by large traditional pet retailers or large online departmental stores
-To get listed on ASSOB (Australia Small Scale Offerings)

Marnie is a successful businesswoman who started and ran a bus transport company which turned-over more than 10 million annually. It has won her a lot of business awards including the prestigious 2004 Rotman Women Entrepreneur of the Year and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2004 (Finalist)
