Jacob E. Dawson – Director / Founder of Reviber8
Jacob founded Reviber8 inspired by opportunities in the music industry and driven by his own experience as an independent musician. Combining a background in Advertising and Marketing with a degree in Arts Management, Jacob also brings an intimate knowledge of the local music scene, along with a network of contacts ranging from gigging musicians through to label owners and management companies.
As the founder of Reviber8 Jacob has spent 2 years researching market, refining the concept, recruiting the necessary team members and planning not only for launch but also for a multi-phase rollout of the business concept.
Stephen S. Kane – Creative Director for Reviber8
Stephen's responsibilities as Creative Director encompass all aspects of the visual and interactive experience within the Reviber8 brand. Specific concerns are design and management of all applications of the Reviber8 identity - beginning with creation of the logo and collateral and extending into the website, merchandise and marketing materials.
Within Graphic Design, Stephen's abilities range across print and digital media, specialising in branding and identity campaigns. Stephen also brings client relationship, project management and strategic research skills to the Reviber8 team.
Stephen has extensive experience in the online industry - specifically website and user interface design and art direction. He has held Creative Director, Design Manager and Senior Designer roles for studios such as ninemsn, Sapient, New Toys Multimedia and Massive Interactive.

Reviber8 has a vision of becoming Australia's number 1 music social-network within 2 years, usurping Myspace for the top spot. Once established locally the company intends to expand within the Asia-Pacific region while at the same time marketing the virtual talent-scout service to music-based businesses globally. Within 5 years Reviber8 has a goal of becoming one of the most recognized music brands in the world, moving beyond social networking and talent-scouting to become a leading multi-media platform.
