Core Team Members
FOUNDER: Nicole Wells has a proven track record of creating unique businesses and being first to market. With a background in marketing, communications and PR, Nicole has successfully invented and patented a product. She took this product to market and went from no customers, to capturing the greater share of businesses within her segment within 12 months. Following the sale of this business, Nicole then saw another niche market and created and launched another business which again was first to market, and subsequently many attempts at copying this business failed.
PROFILING SPECIALIST: Stephen Smith provides the "scientific" element to SOUL with research and system analysis. His background includes providing his psychological expertise to the Australian Defence Force and some of Australia's largest corporations.
MANAGING DIRECTOR: Paul Liccione guides the direction of SOUL as a business. His previous experience includes building success sales teams, creating sales and communications training.
