Our current business targets the mass market (from kids to grandparents).
We are looking at introducing a designer label range to capture a crucial demographic target segment (the new-age fashion conscious person aged 18 - 26) in Australia.
The new clothing label is the world’s largest electronic clothing brand and we will have exclusive rights to distribute in Australia and NZ.
We will be granted all Australian sales from this brand's website for distribution.
We require capital to purchase 1600 pieces of the overseas brand clothing.
Which includes licensed Star Wars branded electronic clothing.
We currently hold over $20,000 worth of our electronic clothing products and over $7,000 in equipment.
Our target markets will become segregated into three areas: the mass market, the fashion concious market and the sci-fi technology market.
Our current range will continue to be sold to the mass market.
Designer range will be sold to the fashion market.
Star Wars range will be sold to the technology market.
We have a solid business plan, financial forecasting and marketing strategies for 2011/2012.
We forecast to sell more than 9,000 pcs in 2011.
The following information will be applicable in the joining of our current business with the overseas branded clothing as it shows our achievements along with theirs.

I am the sole trader, who runs all the operations and back-end side of the business. It's becoming too big for me to run all by myself
Company Vision & Future
I see Sound-Tees as having a well known brand and being the major supplier of interactive apparel and products to consumers and Australian retail stores, while operating from an office / factory with at least 5 sales staff, 1–2 logistics/warehouse staff, a small research and design team and a manager.
Sound-Tees can be on the forefront of implementing our technology into many other aspects of life and will be able to sell these concepts and designs to other companies

Ideal Investor
Someone who can assist or handle the complete operating side of things for each event we attend.
As there are so many events upcoming, I'm looking for someone who can "run the show" at an event I can't attend.
