We are a franchise consulting business that has some opportunities. We have businesses wanting to convert to a franchise system and we also have some opportunities to start our own franchise system.

TFS – We are a Consulting and Development company in the Australian franchise industry. We wish to set up an affiliated company Tailored Franchise Investments.

We have people wanting to convert their businesses into a franchise operation and we would like to take equity in them. We also have the opportunity to start some franchise businesses from scratch ourselves.

• Damian (46) - Started as a franchisee and has 20 years experience in franchising with companies ranging from: Bakers Delight as franchise owner of 3 sites, Regional Manager and Shareholder, Gloria Jeans, Telstra, Ella Bache, AWA, and Pure and Natural in senior management roles, National Franchise Manager, National Development Manager, Regional Manager.
• Maria (42) - Was a franchisee with Georges Spuds and has worked with the following companies: Smalls Recruiting, Gloria Jeans, AMP, PC Tools, Babies Galore and metcash in Recruiting, HR and Operational roles.

Through our years in franchising we have made many contacts within the industry and have also come across many opportunities. We propose to take these opportunities with the injection of new equity.

Company Vision & Future

The aim of the group is to have multiple brands under the Tailored Franchise banner that will benefit both the it and the franchisees from economies of scale and brand power for purchases, marketing campaigns, lease negotiations, recruitment of franchisees and more importantly the support office costs.

Exit Opportunity

We are looking for a minimum 3 year commitment from an investor. They will be able to leave if required anytime thereafter. We will also look at floating the company!

Ideal Investor

I don't mind if they want to be silent or have an active part.
