This project is to spin-off and commercialise intellectual capital, software tools & techniques developed for data matching and cleansing projects in the banking and insurance area into a stand-alone product / service.

Our parent company was established in Sydney as a consultancy in 1995.

When banks and insurers have problems, we can help. We have already helped make & save millions of dollars for our Sydney-based clients. Our target market is banks and financial institutions worldwide.

We are seeking investors to provide capital to turn our software toolkit, developed over many years, into a broad-based product & service for the banking industry world-wide.

We need to expand our staff and invest in infrastructure to make this happen and prefer to do this through equity rather than debt. We will set up a new company (working title 'The MatchBox Project') to achieve this and transfer IP from our consultancy to it.
