These innovative safety and security products include hydraulic, mechanical and electromechanical items that will be promoted in the twin fields of safety and security. End users will in the residential, commercial and industrial fields including Airports, Seaports, Defence, Telecommunications, Energy Suppliers, Rail, Transport, Parks & Wildlife, Water Suppliers, Local & Federal Government Agencies as well as Asset & General Security.

Distribution will be through existing security and hardware distributors and retailers as well as direct sales through the companies own ecommerce site.

The Company will also sell its products overseas targeting the major regional zones such as Europe/Middle East, Americas and Asia/Pacific. The Company will use a third party logistics provider to supply to all levels of interested parties. This will include distributors to the Security installation, Locksmith and gate and fencing industries, service providers such as security installers Locksmiths and gate and fence manufacturers as well as selling direct to the public.

A structured pricing matrix will be in place to ensure that the appropriate margins are available for each level of distribution and the Company will use it to ensure that it sells its products to each level at the appropriate price.
