We have been working on a system for automating the process of requirements analysis - all projects go through a requirements development stage, and considerable savings can be made if errors and inconsistencies can be caught at an early stage, to the point where billions of dollars can be saved on very large projects.
While we developed a system in Australia, unknown to us another group of people in the USA have been working on development of the market for such a product, and have identified likely candidate companies in the healthcare area for "proof of concept".
Now they have seen our product and we have seen their efforts in the market. Add money and all the pieces will be in place.
