This year we are launching a new venture, the working title is 'The MatchBox Project'.
We are seeking investors to provide capital to turn our expertise and software toolkit, developed over many years in a specialist area, into a broad-based product & service for the banking and insurance industry world-wide.
We've helped others make millions, now it's time to do it ourselves. We need to commercialise our cutting-edge toolkit, expand our staff and invest in infrastructure. To make this happen we prefer to do this through equity rather than debt. We will transfer rights IP from our consultancy to the new entity.
