Before pursuing interest in film some seven years ago, including three years living in Hollywood, Cole Andrews has worked as a Project Manager in a variety of industries. Including entertainment, mining, rail, communications, property development, and health; for top tier clients such as Warner Bros., London Underground, and Bechtel. This 15+year career has led Cole to work on prestige projects around the world in Australia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, and the United States. These projects typically in the $50M - $1B+ range have equipped Cole with a dynamic skill set which he now brings to a lifelong passion in film.

One rule I've learnt as a Project Manager, is that every problem
has a solution - you just have to ask the right questions, of the right people.

Goetz Grossmann, e’topia inc.

Goetz Grossmann serves as a financial consultant to the film industry, with a focus on advising leading film production and distribution companies on deal structuring, fundraising and corporate advisory work.

Grossmann also consults for institutional and private investors considering film investments, including valuation, financial projections, deal structure, deal terms, risk assessment and capital protection, management evaluation, as well as strategy and industry trends.

Grossmann has developed strong relationships with distinguished domestic and international film production and distribution companies, foreign sales agencies, and new media companies establishing tomorrow’s distribution channels and platforms.

On single film projects, Grossmann advises on finance structure, talent attachments, foreign sales and distribution deal terms, as well as sales representation.

Grossmann counts some of the leading film production companies as clients.

Company Vision & Future

Vivere Somnium Films is a production company specializing in the early development, packaging and commercialization of high quality international films. It is the long term goal of VSF to develop socially compelling real life dramas, supported by a managed film fund.

Vivere Somnium Films is seeking $300k in seed funding to develop the film package Living The Now.

Exit Opportunity

1) This is a two stage fund raise – Stage.1 structured debt $300k paying interest at 100% ROI.

2) Early exit strategy at the end of Stage.1 - upon securing full production funding, which we are aiming to achieve in approximately 12-18months.

3) Or rollover whole/part of you investment into Stage.2, with equity terms yet to be determined from the final budget.

4) "First-In" – I would also like to offer a bonus for the "first-in" investor in the form of 1% equity / $100k in the Stage 2 production budget and net profit share. The medium net profit forecast is USD$5,281,481 (77%), so 3% = USD$158,444. Even in the event you should exit after Stage 1 you will retain the equity at no risk.
