We offer all types of services focusing on the exterior of houses.
Fixing existing works making things better and doing things from the start.
At present we are trying to expand into more develpoment work for people selling property and investors looking to turn that investment into something a little more.
Core Team Members
At present we have 3 main members of our team. Brooke is my fiance and looks after my invoicing and office work helping me have more time for customers.
mick is a fulltime sub-contractor we have that does our paving works but also is a great asset to our business as we can trust him to overlook small projects we have on the go.
the 3rd member is myself, i do most of the gardening and landscaping work while keeping in contact with existing and potential customers.
Company Vision & Future
I would love to see my business grow to a level where we can offer home renovation services, along with a store front and also sales in landscaping materials and products.
Then would love to see the business get into invesment properties. Doing the work that the investor cant do but also doesnt have time to do.
Current Valuation
at present im tryin to raise 15,000 to purchase the small machinery i need for landscaping and open my store and really make a name for my self in the industrie!
Exit Opportunity
I have a 5 year goal to build the business to its full potential then sell the business. if the business is going extremelly well i would love to push that time frame out to 10 years while building another business.
Ideal Investor
I would like an investor i can approach with business ideas and someone that has been through setting up and expanding a small business before.
