Full Rules of IPitch.com.au Lights Camera Pitch contest
The winner of the Lights Camera Pitch contest will be drawn at randon from the pool of startup companies listed on IPitch.com.au. To be eligible, a member of that company must register to IPitch.com.au and create a company by 5 p.m. November 19, 2009. All current startups on the site are eligible to win. The winner will be contacted via the admin email address of the startup’s account no later than 5 p.m. Friday November 20, 2009. If the initial winner cannot be reached or is not interested, another winner will be chosen from the IPitch membership.
The Lights, Camera Pitch contest winner will receive a prize package with cash value of $650 AU. This package includes:
• Video concept consultation - Limited to one hour via phone, email, in person or online to set up a time to shoot, concept for the video and any lighting, microphones or props that may be needed. The video must be appropriate for the general public, affordable and practical. If the winning startup is located outside the Sydney area there may be limitations into how the video may be shot and this will be vetted in the consultation.
• Professional sound, lighting and video recording of your pitch - Shooting time not to exceed one and a half hours. The necessary lighting, sound, backdrop, props or location discussed in the consultation will be provided for the startup company’s video shoot. Some or all of this service may be outsourced by IPitch.com.au to an outside provider. If the winning startup is located outside the Sydney area there may be limitations into how the video may be shot and this will be vetted in the consultation.
• Limited animation, graphics, bugs, voice over - Time spent on creation of animation, graphic design and voice over not to exceed one and a half hours. The necessary animation, graphics, bugs or voice over discussed in the consultation will be inserted into the video and the quality will be dependent on what IPitch.com.au and the winner agree upon and what IPitch.com.au agrees to provide. Some or all of this service may be outsourced by IPitch.com.au to an outside provider.
• Professionally edited 2 minute pitch video - Editing time not to exceed one and a half hours. Editing will include the addition of any graphics, animations or voice over agreed upon by the winner and IPitch.com.au. Any revisions or review the winner may receive are at IPitch.com.au’s discretion and include no more than one review and will not exceed a half hour in revisions.
• A hard copy for your personal use and a high resolution copy loaded online- The winner will have their video delivered to them via a downloadable file available through FTP as well as a copy loaded in high resolution on Vimeo and Youtube via the IPitch account.
