Their administration can post the job opening on their portal or sometimes, they even recommend graduates willing to work for you. Adopting this strategy does not even require you to pay handsome amounts.

Similarly, there are many other platforms that are specific to a certain niche so go for them instead of going for LinkedIn because it largely benefits large and well-established businesses.
